Korean medical and aesthetic device and filler exports totaled $480M (738 billion won) in May 2026, up 31.1% year over year, with filler exports alone rising 40.2% to $336.4M and energy-based device exports up 14.0% to $95.4M. The detail that matters for clinics outside Korea is the direction of travel: device exports to the US jumped 43.5% month over month, and exports to Brazil rose 140.8% year over year. Korean suppliers of fillers and HIFU, RF and laser platforms are pushing hard into the exact markets where you buy and compete.

The same month, foreign medical-tourism spending in Korea hit 251.2 billion won, up 44.0% YoY, with dermatology accounting for 145.2 billion won (57.8% of the total) across roughly 597,000 cases. That is the demand side of the same engine: patients flying in for skin and aesthetic work, suppliers shipping the products back out.

Nothing here asks for an action today. It is a useful gauge of how aggressively Korean filler and device pricing is likely to keep landing in your market.
